Scott and the team at New Leaf were very communicative, friendly and open to answering any and all questions. His food was delicious and looked gorgeous. Our friend's company gifted us the catering in the end, but based on our experience at the tasting, we'd highly recommend New Leaf.

Hired NLC to cater our outdoor 50th birthday party of ~50 ppl +,... and they exceeded every expectation. Met w/ owner Scott to create the menu, he made planning & decisions easy and satisfying. Scott continued to keep in touch several times prior to the party two make sure that things were communicated correctly, on-track & went flawless. We hired 2 bartenders & 1 server, they all arrived at the party on-time, dressed professionally, and ready to help. Casey was amazing as she took charge in the kitchen and prepared/displayed foods beautifully. The food was amazing and prepared exactly as we had asked. We had both chicken & salmon kebabs jasmine rice, Asian slaw, potato/macaroni salad, sushi (which was amazing), and freshly prepared guacamole. We will definitely use new Leaf Catering for our next event and highly recommend them.

I have known Scott's work for several years, and have been a witness to his innovative capabilities to wow every pallet. There was absolutely no question when considering a caterer - and it was the ONE aspect of my wedding I did not stress about. Even when I had a venue crisis, Gaynor and the rest of the team jumped in to help me, though it certainly was not their obligation.

The food for my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were nothing short of incredible. The staff was so well versed and passionate about the food they were serving. I had guests for days after making a mention of how stunning the menu was and how fantastic the staff made the experience. We really put our trust in Scott and his team, and he lives up to every expectation and then some. I have already referred Scott to another bride who was wow'd at my wedding. Scott is a culinary genius, and Gaynor and the rest of the team polishes and brings your whole event together! We will definitely be using New Leaf again soon!

I can't speak highly enough about Scott and his team at New Leaf. We were referred to them through a friend. Scott was friendly and accommodating from the start. We are planning a wedding and ran into an issue with our current venue and Scott went above and beyond his duties to help us find a new venue. In the end though, we couldn't find or nail down a venue that had our date open and also allowed us to bring in our own caterer so we had to make the heart breaking decision to not use New Leaf.

The tasting was amazing. Scott brought out foods that nailed our vision and when we brought my parents back a few days later they were thoroughly impressed (which, is not an easy thing to do).

Ultimately this is a business, but Scott treated us like friends from the start and that is what more businesses need these days. We will recommend New Leaf to anyone and everyone who ever needs a caterer in this valley.

Our company engaged with New Leaf Catering for our business off-site in Palm Springs this month. Traditionally we hold these meetings at a hotel, but this time wanted to try something different and rented a house. Enter Scott and his team. Not only did they design a great menu, they offered a great variety of options, and were very flexible with some of our dietary restrictions. They took care of everything, from beverages, to snacks and pre-dinner appetizers. They were extremely punctual, and were incredibly quite and discreet. The food was DELICIOUS! Every course, every side, every, dessert was fresh, savory and incredibly tasty! There was so much food, we lacked nothing at all! They even wrapped up the leftovers so we could have a mid-night snack. All in all it was a great experience and should we return to the area, we'd definitely engage with them again. Highly recommend!
